Who we are

What we collect

Enquiries: name, business name, email and your message. Clients: business contact and billing details and the materials needed for the work.

Why and lawful basis (UK GDPR)

• Replying to enquiries: your consent and our legitimate interests.
• Delivering services: performance of a contract.
• Accounts and tax records: legal obligation.
• Marketing emails: only with your opt-in consent (PECR). You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Business prospecting: we may also send occasional one-to-one business emails to companies' generic business addresses on the basis of our legitimate interests, with an opt-out in every email, as explained in our prospecting privacy notice.

Sharing

Only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email and website hosting Netlify for website hosting and forms, our email provider, and Stripe for payments), under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and accounting records: up to 6 years for tax purposes.

Your rights

Access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawing consent. Email us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
