Services and prices

Local Visibility Audit: £150, no VAT added. Local Visibility: £400 a month, month to month, cancel with 30 days' notice. Other work is quoted in writing before it starts.

Christmas offer 2026

• Prices: Christmas campaign pack £249; flyer, menu or poster design £75 each or 3 for £180; logo refresh and mini brand kit £195; social media set-up or makeover £149.
• Book by 27 November 2026.
• A 50% deposit is payable to book.
• 2 rounds of revisions are included.
• Last delivery date: 19 December 2026.
• Business customers only.
• No VAT is added.

Payment

Invoices are due on receipt. One-off work, including the audit and the Premium setup fee, is paid in advance; monthly packages are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

Approvals

Nothing is published or printed without your written approval. Third-party costs (ad spend, print, hosting) are extra unless agreed.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, leads or sales.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you may use the final work to market your business. Until full payment, all rights stay with Hot Black Ink. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability and law

Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.
